Goodfellas Ahead of Rosebud
As far back as I can remember I always wanted to beat Citizen Kane in a movie poll.
Yes the Total Film Top 25 list is here, and I think these young upstart writers need to rember that you never ever ever move Citizen Kane off the top spot. You’re not allowed to place Goodfellas, Vertigo, Jaws, Fight Club or even Cam’s favourite, The Godfather: Part II, ahead of Rosebud.
Sort it out for next year or it’ll hang round your neck like a vulture.

Just read about it. I think i’m going to vommit.
I mean, yeah, Goodfellas is a great film, but i wouldn’t put it anywhere near above Kane, let alone Fight Club and Godfather.

You’re right Ewan. This is a disgrace and more evidence of what a diet of CSI and Reality TV does to the young mind. GOODFELLAS is a great film but better than KANE? Fuck off. Even I wouldn’t put COPPOLA or SCORSESE ahead of KANE.
