Cam here, just back from seeing a couple of awesome films being shown as part of the Melbourne International Film Festival - NIGHT WATCH and SIN CITY.
Okay, well , SIN CITY isn’t really part of the MIFF, but it’s showing at the moment FINALLY, so I took the opportunity to see it as well!
This show is just moi, partly cuz I can’t seem to lock S&E down, but mostly because they ain’t in Melbourne!

I saw it on Thursday night as well. It was good…although I did think it could have been shorter and more engaging…
the special effects were great!
I have to say though that I cringed when the metal guitars and fast editing kicked in when they had a fight scene…hmmm

I watched SIN CITY a couple of weeks ago…it was good (I rate it 6/10 and I probably wont go and watch it again on the big screen, but I guess it will somehow end up in my DVD collection). There were some real QT style segments. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was hoping for Vampires.
